Non-PRO Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Social Security
"...ai sensi e per gli effetti di quanto previsto nel Principio 1.G.1 lett. g) del Codice di Autodisciplina di Borsa Italiana,..."

In the actual publication by the Italian Stock Exchange the sub-header *principio* is followed by *criteri applicativi* and *commenti* - I can't really find any stock exchange or governance publications in English to help me decide which translation of *principio* (principle, tenet, .. article) should apply here.
I've been to the website www.borsaitaliana.it and they dont have the Code of Conduct in English on the website.

Anyone have experience with this context? Thanks.

Votes to reclassify question as PRO/non-PRO:

PRO (2): luskie, Patricia González Schütz

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Discussion

De nada Menander! Thank you for your comment!
Anna ZANNELLA (asker) Mar 17, 2013:
It does indeed, ... thanks "Each matter is handled having regard to principles, criteria and comments, in order to facilitate the
implementation of the “comply or explain” principle and the full understanding, by the market, of the
corporate governance model applied by each company." I also see these amendments to the orginal Publication are found under "Rules" and not "Publications". Next time I'll know. Thanks

Under "Corporate Governance Code", you will find "principles-criteria and comment".
