philgoddard Mar 6, 2013:
You're welcome.
Neal Allen (asker) Mar 6, 2013:
Yes, Phil. Locuaz Chat is the name of the program. They wanted it untranslated. Locuazes are Locuaz users. Thanks so much for your help!
philgoddard Mar 5, 2013:
Neal So has the customer actually confirmed that it means user?
philgoddard Feb 28, 2013:
This may be relevant:
http://www.salasdechatgratis.com/canal-locuaz
though I'm not sure what it means. Could it just be users, ie people who chat? It could be a way of avoiding repeating "usuario". In that case, a locuaz libre could mean someone who's free to chat.
philgoddard Feb 28, 2013:
I thought that too, but don't they use the English word chat?
It would still be useful to see the surrounding text. You may not think it's relevant, but it may strike a chord with one of us.
Neal Allen (asker) Feb 28, 2013:
I am thinking it refers to "chats". It involves an Android chat application. There is not a lot of relevant context other than this line.
philgoddard Feb 28, 2013:
Neal What research have you done, and what thoughts have you had? Also, could you give us a bit more text to work from, and tell us what this system does? Does it actually operate the phone?
For anyone who's not sure, loquaz means talkative.

user

See the discussion entries. This relates to a chat app, and I think it's another word for usuario - loquaz means talkative or chatty as an adjective, but here it's being used as an adjectival noun, ie someone who chats.
