Nell is not satisfied with the Tony's confirming him in a wise-guy manner. Though I'm not sure about, I think it's a sarcastic way of saying "Thanks" (actually it's the very opposite of "Thanks" in Turkish).

"Çok sağol ya! Haklı olduğum şey neymiş (peki/bakalım)?"
