7.4 Contraintes de température
Les contraintes thermiques relatives au matériel mis en oeuvre sont définies ci-dessous:
Appareillage informatique:
La température intérieure d’une armoire informatique doit être comprise entre _5°C et +50°C et sous une humidité relative pouvant atteindre 95%.
La température ambiante de la salle doit être comprise entre 0°C et +42°C (mesures effectuées à 1,50 m du sol et à 1 m de toute paroi).
Appareillage de sécurité (relais de sécurité, blocs divers d’émission/réception CDV*, BAF** ... ):
Cet appareillage doit fonctionner jusqu’à des températures maximales de + 70°C.
Dans tous les cas, il est souhaitable, pour assurer la durabilité des appareils et pour les conditions de travail du personnel, de prévoir une température limitée à 30°C environ pendant 98% du temps annuel.
Les installations de climatisation sont à prévoir en conséquence.

I believe it is just "reserved" for later to be updated. The contract does not seem to be completely set up already. They are just leaving some space for further informations that will be added later.
