Nie wiem, jak to poprawnie i w miarę wiernie przetłumaczyć (zastrzeżenia patentowe). Na razie do głowy przychodzi mi tylko "dooskrzelowo", ale nie wiem, czy to dokładnie to samo. Dosłowne tłumaczenie (do układu wewnątrzoskrzelowego) raczej nie ma sensu.
Podobny probelm mam z "endobronchial infection", przetłuaczylam na razie "zakażenie oskrzeli" (a nie "zakażenie wewnątrzoskrzelowe").
