I've seen a lot of "scheme (model)" instances online, but I consulted the client first and here's the comment:
"Our colleague “ mother tongue” in English language, is not able to understand this translation. In our opinion the scheme ( model ) for the certification is not clear, so we are not able to check the scope of the information we have
to provide."
I appreciate your advice

Discussion
В Системе УкрСЕПРО различают сертификацию партии продукции (или единичного изделия), и сертификацию продукции, выпускаемой серийно.
При сертификации партии продукции (или единичного изделия), поступившей на территорию Украины по конкретному инвойсу, сертификат выдается на конкретно заявленную продукцию, указанную в инвойсе. В этом случае в сертификате указываются размер партии, при наличии – заводские номера сертифицированной продукции, номер инвойса, код ТН ВЭД, названия и адреса заявителя и производителя продукции. Срок действия сертификата, как правило, составляет 6 месяцев, максимально – до одного года.
При сертификации продукции выпускаемой серийно, в Системе УкрСЕПРО возможно применение различных моделей (схем) сертификации.
В зависимости от выбранной модели (схемы) сертификации продукции, срок действия сертификата соответствия на продукцию, выпускаемую серийно, составляет:
