agree  Charles Davis: Does "out of x" include x: is it "x% or more" or "more than x%? I suspect the latter, but I'm not sure. (Presumably the asker intended to post this as EN>FR, since she asks for a "la traduction".)

  -> Thanks Charles. Good question re the cut-off point! She actually posted this as FR>EN and I took the liberty of changing it to EN>EN as the source term wasn't in French.
agree  Terry Richards: I would go with more than x% but it's fairly academic as weight is continuous (although, the resolution of the scale isn't) and the chances of something being exactly x% off is very low.

  -> Thanks Terry. It does of course depend on the accuracy of the scale of measurement used. If the weights are expressed in large intervals then whether it should be "more than" or "equal to or more than" x% would, indeed, matter.
