Grazie. Io conoscendo solo la pianta di nome ma non avendola m ai assaggiata mi sono purtroppo attenuto solo al testo originale che potrebbe essere molto fuorviante per il riferimento al pepe, come da lei sostenuto. Credo sulla parola senza dubbio. :))

coriandolo è molto vicino come sapore aroma e consistenza al prezemolo
Per esempio il té così detto speziato se fatto con il pepe è molto saporito invece con il coriandolo é aromatico. coriandolo si sposa bene con il pepe perché i loro sapori si complementano. tornando alla traduzione lasciando fuori di cosa sa coriandolo la frase suggerita da Sig. Bellone rende bene
