English term

distaste

English to Spanish Other Law (general) Terminology
Hi everyone!

I am fairly sure this word is not "desagrado" it appears as a reference on the top of a "DISPOSITION PERMIT FOR DEAD HUMAN BODY" of the City of St. Louis, in Missouri, USA. The full line, (it happens to be the first line), and the next 3 lines that follow it are:

re. Distaste No. 318 1003
PERMIT NO ________________

CITY OF ST. LOUIS-DIVISION OF HEALTH
DISPOSITION PERMIT FOR DEAD HUMAN BODY

I think that the city of St. Louis hast a district code of 318, so this might be some kind of GOVNEWSPEAK acronym, or something weird like that. (I can't even determine if this should be a legal or a medical question! I chose legal because it seemed more likely, I apologize if I am wrong about that.)

Sure could use some help. Thanks!

Assuming that "distaste" could mean also disfavor/rejection, this might be the translation...?

disconformidad

"judicial distaste", which in spanish law documents appears as "disconformidad judicial".
Hope it helps!

You can find Disposition certs for St Louis on Internet, and they all say "REG DIST 308 1003" so what you have is likely to be a misreading.
