Si parla di standard di vendita, è un paragrafino dal titolo "Review, action and cycle count on *top shrinkage items*", il paragrafo continua con:

Explanation:
In effetti sono gli articoli che vengono rubati dal magazzino o dagli scaffali del punto vendita. Questa attività in Italiano viene chiamata "taccheggio", che però a me non piace. Lo lascerei in Inglese per comprendere anche le altre ragioni per cui il numero di pezzi ricevuti non è uguale a quello dei pezzi venduti: è "shrinkage" ad esempio anche la verdura che si butta perché troppo vecchia ed invendibile, il prosciutto che cala di peso per asciugamento, etc.
