Another option not to write the exact number with the risk of being ambiguous, is to give a litteral translation to these numbers.

As a colleague said in the other question, these prefixes all comes from latin (quadraginta, quinquaginta, primo-vigesimo and so on...) and as there's a strict correlation between italian and latin, I believe there is no problem in writing "trigintilione".
