Završeci (krajevi) poda sprečavaju pacijentov krevet da se otkotrlja od nosive podloge.
Ako je ovo dobro onda je pogrešan iraz "off wear plate" u engl rečenici. Trebalo bi stajati of wear plate.

agree  drazenborcic: Sasvim usput, u građevinarstvu je izraz "habajući sloj" u redovitoj uporabi. Mada možda nije u specifičnom žargonu, "habajući" je vjerojatno najtočniji prijevod (sam bih tu stavio habajuća obloga, ali sam si sasvim OK s pločom).
