In the results of a haemoculture test. I know that anaer means anaerobic, and i'm guessing that Cult stands for culture, but I don't know how to express it properly in English.

A full translation of the term obviously depends on the correct decryption of the acronym 'BM.' The most plausible candidate is "biologie moléculaire": i.e. an overarching term for a number of techniques that may be used to identify an organism within hours e.g. gas-liquid chromatography, immuno-fluorescent stains, rather than waiting days for culture.

Tony: yes Fl.=flore (as I did write). I'm not 100% certain of my interpretation of "BM," and you're right that there is a potential contradiction in my answer. 'Tis the curse of the two letter acronym, come to haunt us all...
I suspect a crude translation along the lines of "Lab says no anaerobes were detected" would be more than enough information 98% of the time; if it were really important to refine what was done in the lab, then probably the best thing to do would be to ring them up and ask them; the lab's telephone number is context we do not have however...
