Hi,
In a contract for the supply of services from Venezuela, this section is talking about missed payments and says that interest will be charged on the net value (valuación??) until the date on which the payment is made available to the contracted party by the paying party. I am a little confused, though, about the exact wording ("cuando el pago se encuentre a disposición del contratista ***EN LA CAJA DEL ENTE PAGADOR***.
As far as I know the "caja" de una empresa refers to cash or cash flow, so I don't really undertand what the contract is getting at. Is it perhaps just saying that the paying party needs to allocate and make "cash" (money) availabe to the contracted party?
