Se refiere a la ceremonia (a la que habitualmente acuden directivos de la empresa, autoridades...) de colocación de la primera piedra a partir de la cual comienzan las obras.

El taller no está siendo inaugurado sino que está comenzándose a construir (será un 25% más grande que el anterior y este último seguirá en pie mientras duren los trabajos de construcción del nuevo taller, tal y como indica Hosm en el foro de discusión).

... aunque viendo las dimensiones del proyecto y del lugar en cuestión más que un taller sería una "NAVE PARA/DE PINTURA"...
