2. PROCEDIMENTO

a) Posicionar a carcaça na máquina ou pratos de inflagem adequados ao tamanho do aro.
b) Verificar se a carcaça está corretamente assentada na roda ou pratos.
c) Inflar até a pressão interna indicada para o tamanho da carcaça (ver página 2).
d) Verificar na tabela de raios de raspagem, (em anexo), qual o raio indicado para o tamanho, marca e modelo da carcaça a ser raspado, quando aplicável.
e) Regular o raio de raspagem da máquina de acordo com a informação encontrada na tabela, quando aplicável, ou conforme segue:
 Para pneus de automóveis, camionetas, caminhonetes e seus rebocados, reformados pelo sistema de recauchutagem, a raspagem na banda de rodagem acompanha a curvatura das esculturas do desenho.
 Para pneus de automóveis, camionetas, caminhonetes e seus rebocados, reformados pelo sistema de recapagem, a raspagem na banda de rodagem acompanha a curvatura das esculturas do desenho. Quando recapado com pré-moldado, utiliza-se uma amostra de banda para ajuste da largura da base.
f) Acionar o tracionador para movimentação da carcaça.
g) Acionar o conjunto de serras, observando que o sentido de rotação seja o igual ao sentido de rotação da carcaça.
