Romanian to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Hospital notes on pleurisy case

I understand the roots of these three words but cannot find a way of expressing the whole sentence here. The full text reads

"Fragmente de pleura grosa, fibrozata care include foliculi tuberculosi giganto-epitelioizi, fara..."

I have attempted:

"Gigantic epithelious consumptive follicles"

But I don't think I have understood the sense properly and I think my translation of "epitelioizi" is wrong.
