French to English translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Mechanics / Mech Engineering / Conveyor belt component
French term or phrase: crapotage
I'm translating a manual for the assembly of a conveyor belt system and can't find a translation for 'crapotage', more specifically, 'fixation par crapotage'

The sentence is:

Dans le cas d'une fixation par crapotage, si le châssis à les ailes vers l'extérieur, couper les rails XX plus long de chaque cotés..

Thanks in advance for any help.
