Dutch term

PV vordering bewaring

Non-PRO Dutch to English Law/Patents Law (general)
I can't provide much context I'm afraid, as I have a very limited part of the document.
PV will be proces verbaal, and it's about a person, but I haven't come across this before. I'm wondering whether it means being held on remand, but am not sure.

Note from asker:
It doesn't say tot, but then the Dutch to like to leave out the little words.

(BrE) record of application for custodial remand; (AmE) remand motion transcript

Often remand (e.g. remand centre) is synonymous with custody both in the UK and the US though, strictly, it ought to be spelled out to contrast with remand on bail.

Wondering whether we are dealing with a committal for trial process, I'm hesitant about a demand or call for a remand in custody -mabye it's an application, motion or notice.

Example sentence:

Vervolging begint door: vordering bewaring/vordering GVO (ruim) dagvaarding (eng). ... Politiesepot: opsporingsambtenaren maken niet van elke gering feit PV

Remand transcript, 40.) Following the hearing on remand, the trial judge entered the following courts.arkansas.gov/opinions/1999a/19990519/ar98-935.html
