I can't determine what CC stands for in the following diagnostic context from a German Patient Record of hospital stay:

"Schwere Verletzungen von Schulter, Arm, Ellenbogen, Knie, Bein und Sprunggelenk ***mit CC***."

I have found that "CC" can stand for a number of things!
