In case of BHK type flashing the bottom element is coated with 1 mm thick corrugated lead apron.
Could somebody native help me, please, with this phrase?
It's about roof windows and skylights. But I'm not sure this is called in this way in English.

As Amy suggests, "corrugated lead apron" sounds quite OK in English, but "coated" would surely be the wrong word here since the flashing you are decribing is supplied in sheet form while a "coating" is usually applied as a surface film that polymerises on contact (typically paint). Here I reckon the word "clad" is more suitable, or even "covered". Also, it seems to me that the lead apron you decscribe is countable (unlike "flashing" for example), so it would be "*a* 1 mm thick corrugated lead apron".
