• If a leased employee has full-time service in this category in excess of one year, and is subsequently hired by XXX Ltd., leased service in excess of one year will count as “continuous service” under XXX Ltd.’S savings and pension plans. Continuous service counts for purposes of vesting and employer matching contribution eligibility requirements. If there is a period of time between leased service and XXX Ltd. employment, the conventional “break in service” rules used in the XXX Ltd.Pension Plan will apply.
