Asker: Też tak myślę, tylko w tym pierwszym zdaniu mi nie pasuje. Znowu "sprzęt będący przedmiotem zakupu" jest długie.

W ten sposób powinno pasować do wszystkich kontekstów w tej umowie.
Jeżeli klient wystawia/pisze/itd. zamówienie, to sprzęt jest kupowany. Sprzęt będzie zakupiony dopiero w wyniku transakcji.

BTW można użyć bardziej formalnego wyrażenia, np. "sprzęt będący przedmiotem zakupu/transakcji", ale dla mnie zbyt biurokratyczne.
