Hi everyone. CONTEXT:

"Il appartient au prestataire de déterminer préalablement à l’établissement des déclarations les contours des assiettes déclaratives du territoire et d’éviter strictement tous les cas de double taxation."

I thought it might be "geographical scope", but the more I read this sentence, the more I think it could possibly refer to tax rates. What do you think? TIA.
