Halt yes it is an internal "hot line" that employees can call when there are issues inside the work place as opposed to issues with customers. Halt as in stop, in other words: the "stop the issue" line..."ponerle un fin al asunto" which of course is very long but may help you some how. Something like linea de soluciones, maybe?
