I have a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the top University in Mexico.
I worked for a telecommunication's equipment distributor, among other activities I translated brochures, ads, user and training manuals for mexican engineers.
Later I worked for AT&T Mexico as an IT's help desk executive giving pc and unix support to american expatriates.
I worked 11 years as a Quality and Processes specialist also for AT&T in Mexico where I prepared quarterly the operation's scorecard, translated a lot of presentations for AT&T US. In the ISO 9000 Audits (since 1998) I also worked as an interpreter (Our main auditor was an english speaker) in user interviews.
