Czech term

cani symetr.

Czech to English Medical Medical (general) Neurology
In Czech exploratory neurological examination:

"zornice izo, reakce + bilat, foto +bilat, kom + bilat, nyst-0 bilat. cani symetr., jazyk středem..."

I think I have everything figured out but "cani symetr."

Can anyone help me on the English translation? Original is blurry, so it may be "ceni" or something similar.

Thanks,

Stephen

The whole phrase would therefore be: 'PERRLA, no nystagmus, grin symmetrical, tongue protrudes midline'

... and it should be 'ceni' = cenit zuby, make a grin/bare one's teeth
