According to wikipedia, tribune would appear to be the Belgian term. The British predilection for denominating objects according to the dominant proprietary term would give you a "Zimmer frame"; "walker" sounds a more north American note in my British ear.

: a rollator is a specific type of walker/walking frame - as the name suggests, it has wheels, and other types don't necessarily have wheels.
