"Macchina per la realizzazione di cannoncini secondo la rivendicazione caratterizzata dal fatto di comprendere mezzi di trasporto scorrevolmente montati su ciascuna paratia laterale e mobili concordemente con i mezzi di convogliamento per accompagnare lo spostamento delle estremità dello spezzone tubolare di pasta dalla prima sezione di passaggio alla seconda sezione di passaggio."

Can anyone suggest good resources for the translation of patents from Italian to English, such as glossaries and terminology databases - either online or hardcopy.
I have tried searching on the Internet but to no avail, but as there are so many "standard" words and phrases used in patents I'd be surprised if nothing exists.
