La qualification opérationnelle vise à vérifier la capabilité de la machine et la répétabilité des pièces fabriquées dans le temps.

Elle peut s’effectuer selon les spécifications du fabricant de la machine et/ou sur une pièce représentative des différentes capacités de la machine. Dans ce cas, la pièce représentative est choisie en fonction :
- de la documentation technique, ou en concertation avec le fournisseur en l’absence d’informations adéquates dans la documentation
- des caractéristiques (dimensions, formes…) des pièces destinées à être fabriquées sur la machine
- des matériaux de ces pièces

Pour tous ces points, le prestataire choisit l’option la plus critique (exemple : choix d’une matière implantable si on a le choix entre implantable et non implantable)

"the most critical option" sounds strange, as how can an option be critical? So any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks ....
