Publicación de la página de expectativa

Spanish to English Marketing Advertising / Public Relations online promotion of a competition
Good evening everyone,
I'm translating a Spanish company's internal plan for a public photography competition that it is going to launched this summer. It has details about the competition theme, eligibility, age groups, etc. Photos will be submitted online.
There is a list of actions with their dates:

Publicación de la página de expectativa: [date]
Inicio de participación: [date]
Final de votación: [date]
Publicación de ganadores: [date]

I understand that this is a web page to draw attention to the upcoming competition and, obviously, to create expectation.
How can I say this in UK English?

Thanks in advance.

Discussion

Emma Goldsmith (asker) Apr 15, 2011:
Thanks again, Jenni. This is indeed a promo microsite (by your definition), but I suspect the "página de expectativa" will appear on the company's main site, which makes me more inclined towards "teaser".
I'm shutting up shop for this evening. Back tomorrow...

Well if Facebook says that a "promo page" is a customized one-page website then that's probably a valid choice. It may be the word even if their promo site includes a few pages. It Googled "promo website" but it didn't give any hits.
Emma Goldsmith (asker) Apr 15, 2011:
Additional context: I think the competition will run on a microsite.

teaser page/site

I'm not infatuated with this word so I'm almost hoping that someone comes up with a classier option. However, it is what people say. I don't know if it's a separate site or just a page within their normal site.

Thanks for your ideas, Jenni. Yes, teaser sounds familiar to me now you mention it. "Promo page" is completely new to me. Not my usual field!

Setting up an expect page

This could be a possibility. "Expect" is a computer language used for interactive applications, in which users (competition entrants?) are prompted for input.

What do you think?
