Hi guys
I am translating a poem by a Costa Rican woman about her experience of dealing with domestic violence.
The line and preceding line are:
El día que me casé estaba equivocada...
Amaneció el otro día el me dio una tamboleada
All I can find for this is "tumbled" which could possibly be something like "he sent me tumbling".
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
Alison
