Not later than 15 days after the issuance of the Certificate of Completion, the Contractor shall submit to the Contracting Party and the Project Manager a Final Account with supporting original and legible documents: "No Claims" Certificate issued by the Contractor, in a form to be approved by the Contracting Party evidencing lack of Claims with respect to the Works executed by the Contractor.
