Russian to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) publishing, translating

This contract for translation work has lists of items for the client to sign or check off, including, in this section, Legal name of client, Contract number, and Правильность основания для запуска в работу.
I put "Correctness of grounds for starting work," but that sounds really bad, and I'm not sure what is meant. There are other similar headings, such as:

Правильность оформления
Основание для запуска в работу
Основание для сдачи

In none of these cases does the "usual" meaning of these words seem to apply, and my dictionaries are not helping.
