Extrusion Coating & Laminating THREADING Notes
1. Open all nip rolls before THREADING. Use caution near melt curtain.
2. Pass material or THREADING tape under walkway and through the laminator around the c. Tape or material may be attached to chill roll with tape or magnet and “jogged” around the roll.
3. Do not crawl under laminator to THREAD.
4. If laminating, tape the material from the auxiliary unwind onto the base substrate.
