Es una junta universal o cardán. El "7C" parece corresponder a un código de dimensiones normalizadas. En la referencia tienes un cuadro que relaciona la serie, 4C,5C, etc. con las dimensiones de la pieza.

De acuerdo con tu referencia, Neapco es el fabricante de las juntas. Según esta página de Napco, es el nombre de la serie: http://www.neapco.com/pdf/DS245_Update.pdf . Y acá también: http://www.neapco.com/pdf/2009_Driveline_Catalog_DS245_99011... . Como dice Raúl, la dimensión en rojo corresponde más o menos a la serie.
