French to English Bus/Financial Finance (general) Factoring

I know there is an entry for this in a glossary here (advertising allowance) but I'm not sure this fits the context.

Factoring agreement. Here the Seller (l'adhérent) agrees to inform the factoring company of all details of its commitments to the clients for which the factoring company has taken over the receivables.

L'Adhérent s'engage à communiquer chaque mois à XXX un état de ses obligations au titre de la RFA (Remise - ou Ristourne - de Fin d'Année), des participations publicitaires et plus généralement de tout autre engagement financier envers les Clients cédés, tout fait et/ou circonstance susceptibles d'avoir des conséquences directes sur le respect des obligations de l’Adhérent au titre du Contrat. L’Adhérent accepte que XXX inscrive au débit du Compte de réserve, tel que défini à l'Article 7 de la YYY, le solde des engagements financiers constatés.
