Sorry to all! What I meant to suggest was the "Eurobungy", not the bungee jumping! My mistake. Eurobungy is quite fun and can be practiced indoors or outdoors.

Wouldn't you rather do your daily 10 miles on the treadmill in the nice fresh air?? Of course you could always risk your neck and do some indoor bungee jumping with Adriana...... :). As to going for a run, the Hotel may well be in downtown Bogota.

PS. I have done considerable research and discovered that what claims to be the world's ONLY indoor bungee jumping actually happens in ....... wait for it..... Sheffield.

Is this definitely, from the context, some sort of sporting activity? You say "recreational". Could it possibly be screenings of films? That's one of the things "cintas" might mean, in principle.
Maybe it is outdoor running machines/treadmills, but that sounds a bit odd to me. If it's outdoors, why not just go for a run?
The other image this brought to my mind was rhythmic gymnastics using ribbons, but I rather doubt a hotel would be offering that!

Could it be something like the "outdoors bungie jumping"? As running machines operate on electricity, it makes me wonder if they are ever placed outdoors.
