The references I found in the book Urbanismo 2003-2004, code 1371 "Edificar los solares" and code 9735.

Link has "total assessed value v total land value" with total land value including improvements, etc, so I would favour assessed.

Asker: Eso está claro, es el valro total del solar, pero lo que no sé es cómo traducir "elegido" en este contexto, porque "chosen" no me suena bien.

Asker: Al final opté por añadir "selected" aunque seguramente tenías razón y no habría sido necesario. Muchas gracias por tu ayuda.
