Italian term or phrase: condizioni di adesione all'opzione
I am translating an offer from a mobile phone provider for subscription to one of their phone plans. (it is a "Proposta di Sottoscrizione").

My question is whether "adesione" can be translated as "subscription" in this context, as in Terms and Conditions of Subscription to XXX" or if there is a more appropriate term (like Agreement or Acceptance)

Another example:

"Il soggetto sotto identificato, autorizzato dall’azienda sotto indicata, propone a XXX di ***aderire*** all’Opzione XXX secondo le condizioni di ***adesione*** allegate alla presente"

Even here I would tend to use "to subscribe to" for "aderire a"

Thanks for your input!

conditions for subscription to the plan
Explanation:
"subscribe to plan xxx"
"subscription to plan xxx"

This is the term used in the UK: e.g. http://shop.vodafone.co.uk/shop/mobile-price-plans/all-plans...

You would use agreement or acceptance in relation to the contract, but not specifically the plan.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you, Thomas. I did, in fact, use "subscription" and "subscribe to" but for some reason a niggling voice in the back of my head kept saying "acceptance" and "agreement". I just needed to be sure.
