生前遗嘱 ~ Living Will?

You are right and “生前” may be a redundancy. However, some Chinese people also like to say “生前遗嘱” that unfortunately has a foul with the translation for Living Will. As you said, some people would rather say “张贴” than “发送”.

A document written by someone still legally capable requesting that they should be allowed to die if subsequently severely disabled or suffering terminal illness. The "生前" in 生前遗嘱 seem redundant. A will is of course written before one's death. I want to prevent mis-translated terms e,g posting an article on the Internet. It is not "張貼" the artcle but 發送 the artcle.
