This is one of the crafts involved in making high-quality chandeliers; it's the person who looks after all the 'glass' bits!

I can't post more context for reasons of confidentiality, but in any event, it wouldn't help — it's just the name of the particular crafts-person I'm looking for.

I've tried Googling 'crystaller' and 'crystal-setter', neither of which threw up anything remotely convincing (in spite of plenty of fortuitous hits).

If it's any help, I don't think it's confined just to chandeliers, since they have these at Swarovski too, and I know they make a lot more than simply chandeliers!

'crystal worker' — seems to be rather underplaying it?!
