De hele zin luidt "the contractor shall verify approval by the load manufacturer for use with leading edge dimming and confirm compatibility with the controls specialist." Ik heb een beetje moeite met de term 'load' in dit verband. In de rest van de tekst betekent load "belasting", maar dat kan hier natuurlijk niet. Misschien 'voeding' (hoewel ik daarvoor de term 'power supply' logischer zou vinden?

agree  Ron Willems: ja, die interpretatie is goed te verdedigen gezien de kreupelheid van de rest van de zin (leading edge dimming??) // Ha ha ha, ik dacht dat ze "leading edge dimming SYSTEMS" (zeer geavanceerde dimmersystemen) bedoelden ;-)

  -> Bedankt Ron. PS: Zo kreupel is die leading edge dimming niet hoor. Het gaat kennelijk om dimmen op basis van de opgaande/voorste flank van de golfvorm ;-) // Dat dacht ik al :-)
