Thank you Farzad for your entry but the word "Testimony" in your given example is a proper name. "The Testimony" is a Bible magazine published monthly by the Christadelphians (Brethren in Christ).
Here, "The Testimony Committee" means the editorial board of "The Testimony" magazine.

Dear asker,

If you google "testimony committee", you will find no such collocation at all! You will find something like a comma, period or dash between the two words! Even I went through Black's Law Dictionary and there was no entry for this phrase. So, I think the word "testimony" stands alone in your text.
