Spanish term

para sacar el punto de brigadista como bueno

Spanish to English Other Business/Commerce (general)
This is from a store manager to his superiors complaining about his District Manager:

"La situacion es la siguiente mi Gerente de Distrito me comento que me enviaria apoyo a la tienda para mi evaluacion de Proteccion de activos (PA) mensual, envie a una auxiliar de verduras a otra tienda y enviaron a alguien de otra tienda a la mia, pero el apoyo es engañar a PA, presentando a la persona como parte de mi nomina para sacar el punto de brigadista como bueno ya que no tengo capacitado persona como brigadista y esto no me parece.."

The part I'm not clear on is when he says "...para sacar el punto de brigadista como bueno..." I assume "brigadista" means "assistant" or "team member" but the other part of the phrase I'm not sure... thanks for any help.

Emma Ratcliffe Sep 22, 2010:
I have seen in several documents the use of a similar word from "brigadista" as "cuadrilla de trabajadores" so probably what they might be meaning is "crew member".
Hope this helps!

so that the point regarding the need for a firefighter is covered

Brigadista is a term used for a fire-fighting officer. The "punto" would be an item in an inspection. He has been "lent" a qualified firefighter so he can pass the inspection. Hope this makes sense!
