"3. SHIP OPERATIONS
3.1 Loading and Discharging
a. Loading or discharging of cargo and/or containers full or empty into or off the vessel. Loading or discharging shall be carried out with the vessel’s cranes and/or mobile shore cranes and/or gantry cranes, without additional charge in case the latter are used;"
