Bonjour,

Je me demande si catastophic se rapporte à costs ici (coûts exorbitants) ou à health (détérioration catastrophique de la santé ?).
Contexte : savings by the oldest age cohorts will be higher than their counterparts in developed countries, due to the absence of well-developed pension systems and state protection against catastrophic health or long-term care costs.
Apparemment, il s'agit d'un concept, vu les nombreuses occurrences de catastophic health expenditures/expenses. Merci d'avance
