Claimant is of the view that the Sole Arbitrator is entitled to replace Respondenta agreement to the prolongation. However, should the Sole Arbitrator be of the view that he or she is not entitled to do that, Claimant reąuests the Sole Arbitrator to order the Respondent to agree to the prolongation of the Loan Agreement.
