As member of the XX Associatino, the authority will nominate its representative and proxies (in order of replacement) of the General Assembly.

Representative = Vertreter in der Generalversammlung
Proxies = Stellvertreter der Vertreter (deren Stellvertretung)

Ich bin mir unsicher, ob ich Proxies einfach mit "Stellvertretung" übersetzen soll oder ob es dafür ev. einen anderen Begriff gibt. Für Hinweise bin ich dankbar.
