En el clausulado de un contrato de promoción conjunta de dos empresas leemos (XXX e YYY son sus nombres):
XXX Trade Mark: means the “XXX” trade mark and logo, as depicted in Part 1 of Annex “C” attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, with all rights arising from the registrations and applications for registration thereof set forth in Part 2 of Annex “C”, together with all renewals and extensions of any such registrations or such other registrations, applications and/or filings as XXX may in the future own and as YYY may require for the use of the rights being licensed hereunder, all the industrial and intellectual property rights and goodwill attached thereto and all rights acquired by the use of such “XXX” trade mark and logo.
Mi duda es cómo traducir esta frase. Se me ocurre " ...y por referencia a ello componente del presente Contrato" por ejemplo, pero no termino de ver claro si el significado de la frase es el mismo que en el original o si lo estoy traicionando.
